Spring Wellness Workshop

Our first Spring wellness workshop was a beautiful success!

So much gratitude for all who were able to attend, and to my incredibly supportive community for making these events possible. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
The rainy morning became a bright sunny afternoon, as we enjoyed a lovely yoga practice with soothing acupressure self-massage, yummy herbal tea, and amazing chocolate treats!
If you were unable to join, have no fear: We are so excited to announce the second Spring Workshop and Yoga Practice this season!

What a beautiful season to be in Portland! The gorgeous flowers! The warming embrace of sunshine! And all the cute birds, squirrels, and bees coming out to play! Like flowers opening toward the sun, the expansive freedom of Spring creates an exciting time to pursue the projects and goals that you’ve nurtured during Winter’s hibernation. In what ways are you looking to expand and grow? What changes are you welcoming or resisting? What areas of your life want to be revitalized?
During this time of change, a difficulty may arise if expansion is blocked or limited, causing physical and emotional symptoms like frustration, tension, and depression. Explore your energetic expansion with experienced acupuncturist and yoga instructor, Sara Thomas, and gain insight on the role of Chinese seasonal elements in your emotional and physical wellbeing. Learn acupressure, stretching, and meditative techniques to release stress and tension and harmonize energy flow this season!
